Please include a copy of your customer approved artwork via fax or email with your purchase order. We will reproduce your logo and copy at no charge, provided it is sent to us via email in a camera ready art format. Files should be sent as an .eps, .ai or .pdf file that has been flattened, converted to black and white, and with all of the text converted to outlines. All files should be formatted for PC based Adobe Illustrator CS3. Please note that we cannot accept .tiff, .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, .ai or .psd files that have been converted to an .eps file.
The imprint must not exceed the maximum imprint area available for the pen style chosen, and you must email or fax us a copy of the entire imprint area as you want it to appear. Please note that we reserve the right to resize your artwork without notification to ensure it fits within the imprint area on the pen model that you have ordered.

We assume that all artwork submitted with purchase orders is final and has been approved by the customer. We do not send proofs out for approval unless requested to do so. If requested, the first proof is always free of charge. Any additional proofs are charged at $10 (G). If a proof is requested, please note that your order will not go into production until the proof has been signed and returned to us.
Would you like to improve your artwork? We can help. Our graphic artists can convert most compatible color artwork to black and white, strengthening lines or lettering and sharpening images. Our design is $70 (G) per hour, with a minimum charge of $25 (G) added to your order. We will notify you and provide you an estimate if your art charges will exceed $25 (G).
If your imprint consists of copy only, we will set up to five lines of copy for you at a charge of $12.50 (G) per imprint added to your order. Please note that not all of our pen models will accommodate up to five lines of copy. We will also set copy to your supplied logo, if necessary, at a charge of $25 (G). Please supply font size and style. Copy does not reproduce well when it is below 8 point. Unless otherwise instructed, we will set any copy as follows:
